Free shipping on supply orders over $75.00

At Perfection Imaging Technologies all supply orders over $75.00 are eligible for free ground shipping.

The free shipping option is applicable for all supply orders in the continental US shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

At Perfection Imaging Technologies most orders are shipped the same day. Because of multiple distribution centers, most orders arrive in 1-2 days, based on available stock. All orders received by Noon, Pacific Standard Time, will be shipped same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, will be shipped on the next business day. Orders containing both in-stock and out-of-stock items will be shipped when all items are in stock.

Orders shipping to post office boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) and orders shipping outside of the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other US territories) will be shipped by standard delivery unless other service is requested.

Promotional items are not eligible for free ground shipping.

FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Perfection Imaging Technologies provides the following warranties:

• OEM toner cartridges…… 90 days from purchase date (Exchange only for full credit )

• Remanufactured or compatible toner cartridges……. 180 days from purchase date (Refund or exchange for full credit )

• OEM or compatible drums, drum units and image units……Due to the sensitive nature of these products no warranty or returns accepted unless installed by certified technician.

• Fuser Units, Transfer Units, Maintenance kits or any parts or machine components……… Due to the sensitive nature of these products no warranty or returns accepted unless installed by certified technician.

In the interest of customer satisfaction, Perfection Imaging Technologies will often ship the replacement product to the customer before receiving the return item back from the customer.

After the customer has received the replacement, Perfection Imaging Technologies issues a “call-tag” to have the return item picked up from the customer.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM TO Perfection Imaging Technologies WITHIN 30 DAYS, CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED OUR PUBLISHED WEBSITE PRICE FOR THE REPLACEMENT ITEM.

FOR ITEMS BEING RETURNED DUE TO CUSTOMER ORDERING ERRORS, OR OTHER CONDITIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL, Perfection Imaging Technologies PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY:

Perfection Imaging Technologies accepts returns on all unopened toner cartridges purchased from Perfection Imaging Technologies, provided that the product is returned in a saleable condition and is unopened. To qualify for a return, products must be in the same condition as when they were originally sold by Perfection Imaging Technologies

• OEM toner cartridges……90 days from purchase date (Exchange only for full credit )

• Remanufactured or compatible toner cartridges……180 days from purchase date (Exchange only for full credit )

• OEM or compatible drums, drum units and image units....… Due to the sensitive nature of these products no warranty or returns accepted unless installed by certified technician.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

All returned items must have a return authorization number provided by Perfection Imaging Technologies. To receive an authorization number, please call us at 866-931-8388.

No returns will be accepted after the warranty and / or exchange periods listed above.

Please do not write “R.A.” numbers on the product packaging.

Please write “R.A.” numbers ONLY ON THE SHIPPING CONTAINER. Return items with writing, labels, or any damage or defacing to the product packaging will not be accepted.

All returns must be packaged in cardboard shipping container. Please do not ship return items in product packaging. PLEASE BOX IT UP IN AN ADDITIONAL BOX.
